Why we need you:

The main objective of the Senior Solutions Architect role at Inoria is to review and approve the solution architecture, ensure accuracy of cost estimates, manage
customers’ needs and requirements as well as to provide pre-sales technical assistance, technical presence and expertise during sales presentations.

 

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

  • To provide PS estimates for accuracy and profitability
  • To manage and accurately interpret customers’ needs and requirements
  • To provide, review and approve product architecture
  • To review SOW and ensure accuracy of cost estimates
  • To collaborate in product management and development initiatives
  • To actively assist and provide technical guidance in preparation and delivery of sales presentations
  • To provide pre-sales technical assistance and solution education
  • To act as a senior mentor to the Integrators
  • To act as an Integrator resource when necessary

Technical skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the Genesys contact center product suite or Five 9 as integrator or support specialist role
  • 5 years experience with Five 9
  • 5 years experience with Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Handler Development fluency
  • Solid database management knowledge
  • Experience with telephony products such as Cisco or Avaya
  • Technical proficiency in Windows Server, Client platforms and Networking
  • Knowledge of contact center cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of MS Exchange and SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of development platforms

 

Qualifications/pre-requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
